If you have Matrix Stats included in your package, you can configure it from your overview page.
Scenario: AWStats is short for Advanced Web Statistics.
AWStats is powerful log analyzer which creates advanced web, ftp, mail and streaming server statistics reports based on the rich data contained in server logs.
Matrix Stats is not available for customers using our Cluster Hosting packages, Ignite, Momentum and Ultimate.
For users of Cluster hosting we recommend Google Analytics for monitoring website statistics. Click on the package you want to add Matrix Stats to.

Awststs can stop working if there is any issues with permissions or ownership of the log files, binary file or with the c Panel specific configurations for stats update. Change the directory to: Where username is the c Panel username of the account in question.
Let us check the issue further through the steps given below 1. The configuration files for domains under that particular c Panel account are located here.
If Awstats not updating automatically then obviously you will have to update it manually.
This can be done from c Panel or command line and the option to choose depends on your choice/preference.
In this tutorial, I will show you how to update awstats hourly in two steps. There is a tutorial online suggesting move file ‘awstats’ in /etc/cron.daily/ to /etc/cron.hourly/, I’ve tried but it didn’t work.
